Summary: Hey, for the money, i am pleased, great product, will buy subwoofer that goes with it just to make it blast, only 4 stars cause like someone said, if it only had a remote control, would have been better deal, have a sansa c200 series?
Summary: The sound and volume of this speaker system is great. We have tried a couple low end speaker systems for my wife's Sansa MP3 player. We were very disappointed in the previous systems. This one is great.
Summary: The sound is great if you are looking for a nice system to play your MP3 player with in your office. However, when you turn it on you have to push down on the volume button at least 10 times or else your volume will blow everybody out of the office as soon as you start your MP3 player. Too bad it has this quirk, otherwise it would be a very nice little speaker system.
Summary: Considering the small amount of separation between the speakers, the soundstage is really good. I don't have a subwoofer hooked up to these, but the sound is quite full and fills the room nicely without distortion. And it charges my e280 while doing that. Nice.
Summary: I simply wanted something to be able to listen to my Sansa Fuze player when I was outside in the pool. I looked and even though the reviews were pretty mixed this speaker system seemed to be about the only thing available. I also knew that my newer player wasn't going to fit in the docking station. I was surprised to see it's small size and was pretty skeptical right up until I attached my mp3 player and heard how fantastic it sounded.
Summary: - Was disappointed to find out the product was a repack and wasn't advertised as such. - Trim piece around docking door came off, obvious it had been glued at some point, explains the repack sticker on box. - Instructions say, leave headphones plugged into MP3 player as FM antenna, doesn't quite work, when the headphone jack is on the bottom next to the docking port. I did keep this product, even with all the above mentioned issues. It does sound great!
The only Sansa docking station, luckily it's acceptable

Summary: While I would have preferred a volume knob rather than the on case membrane buttons, the lack of controls gives the unit a clean look. The sound is optimal when pointing directly at you. If you listen to the speakers off axis, like an LCD panel losing colors and definition when you view it from too high or too low, you will get that flat somewhat muddy sound that you wont much enjoy for high-end listening.
