Worst experience ever

  • Summary: I received my item about 3 weeks after ordering it and it came broken, there wasn't any documentation with it to show you how to use it, the led lights on the clock didn't all work so you couldn't tell what time it was and there wasn't any battery in the remote! Then I had to pay to ship it back to the company and I didn't get reimbursed for that so bottom line I'm out the $13.00 it cost to ship it back. I'm NOT impressed!
