Summary: I enjoy Bose quality - but this unit felt much too bulky. I wanted something I could move from room to room, charge my phone and listen to music, news or podcasts. This just wasn't the right product for that. If you want sound in one place - fine.
Summary: Sound is good. Ad was misleading. I bought it so I could dock my iPad and play music. Nope, you can't do it. All I can play on it is my iPhone...which is fine...but that is not what I bought it for.
Summary: I love my new Bose SoundDock Series III digital speaker, it is great! My sister in-law has one and I always wanted to get one exactly like hers and I finally did. It is so great sounding and it this is the upgraded version so my iPhone 6 just docks right in! Love it!
Pros: Fits all iPhones 5, 6S & 6 Plus, no need for adapter.
Summary: I bought this product at Best Buy because I was eager to try it out right away. My almost six year old iPod was about to give up the ghost, and the 5+ year old Altec Lansing docking station I use with it had (the 30 pin connector had worn loose.) So how does the Bose SoundDock Series III compare?
Summary: This system works great! It sounds awesome outside for a cookout, or inside for a party or enjoying some music in the kitchen. It plays really loud, but the sound is great quality. The remote is very convenient and I have had no problems at all with this system.
Summary: The sound from this unit is excellent, given its size. Very clean sound even at higher volumes. $250 is a bit pricy, but it does perform very well, and my wife is extremely pleased with it (it was a gift for her). However, two small complaints keep this at four stars instead of five.
