Summary: -Heard one demonstrated, sounded fastastic. Bought one. -When it arrived neither my or my partner's ipod worked when connected to the docking station. For mine it said (on the ipod screen) this device is not supported, or something very similar; for my partner's, hers appeared to be playing fine (on the ipod screen) but no sound came through. Both ipods have the latest software update on them.
Summary: High expectations turned to misery as the Zeppelin lasted 15 minutes before letting out a high pitch crackle then nothing, to there credit phoned Amazon up and they organised for the item to be picked and returned to them. I was given a full refund now problem. Asked if I would like a replacement, I declined the offer and purchased one from John Lewis for the same price, and it's still going.
Summary: I bought the Zeppelin Air just before Xmas 2012. It looks lovely. However, after spending all evening I've not been able to connect it to my network. When I went to the B&W website. as directed in their manual, the link to the Mac App Store didn't work. Going directly to the App Store I downloaded the setup app for my ipad.
Summary: Bought for my G.F. Jodi all excited to use on our Revelstoke sled holiday... huge letdown could not get it to hookup to the WIFI network. ... unit #2 on the way home as we speek, hope it works out better.
Summary: I tried 2 of these, first one wouldn't connect, reset or update it's firmware. Second one wouldn't connect, it would reset but even after 15 minutes it wouldn't find my wireless network, wouldn't work when connected via ethernet cable directly to my router either. Spoke to B&W support, "try updating the firmware sir", now, I'm not being picky here but who the hell wants to pay £500 for something that needs that level of attention as soon as you take it out of the box ?
