Suitable but not Astounding

Summary: I upgraded a 250 GB hard drive in my MacBook Pro with this drive. It shipped and arrived quickly in the no-hassle environmentally friendly Amazon packaging I have come to appreciate. Upon arrival, I popped it into hard drive enclosure, connected it to my MacBook via a USB cable and cloned my internal hard drive using Carbon Copy Cloner. 30 minutes later, I've got the back of my MacBook off and swap hard drives. Right off the bat, it boots up with no issues.
Summary: The drive seems fast and I notice a little speed increase here and there, but it is a little noisy and sounds like a laptop fan that runs nonstop. I can also feel a vibration now. Returned for a Hitachi Hitachi Travelstar 2.5 Inch 500 GB 7200 RPM SATA II and that seems every bit as good and is quieter and no vibration.
Summary: I received this drive, it had minimal packaging but it did arrive safe. I installed it into my black macbook, fit just fine. The drive itself has run great for me over the past couple weeks i have had it. Although it seems to run a lot slower than my last drive (seagate momentus 7200.2 250GB). It seems to bottle neck or have an auto sleep feature. I have not been able to figure out exactly why its been slow, I will keep tinkering.
