WD could do better

Summary: WD usually has one of the best products. But this external hard drive is lacking. It's cheap plastic, prone to breakage and most importantly it doe not work with a number of even high power computers. The power supply comes from the USB but it does not get enough power. SO you have to buy a Y connector and tie up TWO usb ports. Then you have to try to get the Y connector. I couldn't find one except from WD which was out of stock. Not what I expected from WD.
