Summary: ... I put in an RMA request over the weekend, and 4 business days later still no reply. Also, shipping took longer than it would have if purchased directly from newegg. Won't be buying from external sellers through newegg again....
Pros: I imagine it has many...
Cons: Arrived dead, no big deal right? these things happen, but...
Summary: Thought this would be good since it was cheap - beware for shipping. I live in Canada, and it said free shipping - but was charged COD for shipping and import fees... All other Newegg stuff was from US as well, but wasn't charged import fees (and was upfront about shipping fees if any).
Pros: Works! Fits nice. I've only installed it yesterday, but I have no issues thus far!
Summary: Interesting. While I am waiting for them to answer me if these units actually come with a 5 year Warranty (as shown in their ad), for their price of $72.00, they jack the price to $90.00. I needed a dozen of these. Their loss.
Price would be right - if it was actually a new drive.

Summary: I had a similar experience as another reviewer. Immediate SMART failure and mass powered on hours listed. The firmware was also _older_ than the other drives I have in my array. If it was indeed a new drive, I would have at least expected firmware to be semi-current.
Summary: Hard drive is great for server use, but watch carefully when ordering from multiple places, the same drive "RE-4 2 TB..." comes in several variations, not all compatible with each other for raid.
