Summary: Bought this HD a few days ago and it arrived in the mail today. It was advertized as being "New," but it came in a cardboard box inside another cardboard box, no packaging that you would expect from a "New" product.
Pros: 6-13-2014 i ordered two IDE hard drive WD from Newegg web, that shipped by Action Package Inc, one drive is wrong, it is SATA WD drive, I don't need it. I don't like it the company doing that, only two items, how can put a wrong one into the box?
Cons: Hope Action Package Inc and Newegg will taking care the customer,

Summary: Hard drive was D,O.A.. Admittedly, it was an old & used hard drive, but, I've purchased such hard drives before. But, they were of a different make - Hitachi for example- & they performed well ,which, is why I've decided to give the WD Blue 160 a failing grade.
