Died on me after 1 year of noncontinuous use

Summary: The only Western Digital Drive I ever owned that bit the dust. I am a WD fanboy and have around 5 or 6 of their 3.5 drives, but this thing only lasted about a year inside a laptop before it wouldn't even detect in an external enclosure. The thing just plain died.
Summary: IDE hard disks for legacy laptops are really hard to find in a larger size and at a reasonable cost. This vendor had what I wanted, at a fair price and it was in stock. They shipped promptly and the disk was packaged well. Worked flawlessly in my old Dell laptop.
Summary: Great Stuff, I really get tired of everyone wanting you to rate purchase's. If I did not think the item or the sellers were going to do good with the transaction, I wouldn't have bought it. So hats off to this reseller. He did his job well and now can reap his reward.
Summary: I purchased this hard drive well over two years ago for use in my in-laws Dell Latitude D610 laptop computer. They didn't need the space, but I wanted to future proof the laptop and put in a drive that was new and had a warranty.
Pros: Works great, nearly doubled the hard drive space of old drive
Summary: The new hard drive has worked flawlessly. It doubled the capacity to 120 MB. The laptop runs much faster, boots up much more quickly, and is much more fun to use. I a the old drive about 80% filled and it was very slow.
