Summary: It came on time and is still working after almost a year of daily use. I am using it in an i5 laptop running Fedora Linux. The system runs several times faster than with the original hard disk.
Summary: is was weary of buying a ssd fore a long time the $$$ and the revus iv seen scared me of buying them till not i figered it was time to tack the plung and risk 500$ hope it dont crapout on my in 1-2 months like i red

Summary: Probably one of the best products I've ever purchased for a computer! Fast, silent and effective - what more could one ask? I purchased this unit to use in a desktop: I have the OS loaded onto a smaller Transcend SSD and all the applications loaded onto this one. I use a standard 2T HD for storage.
Summary: I wanted to wait for some time before I post this review. It cost me around $350 at the time to buy this one. I use lots of virtual machines on top of host operating system. It is certainly faster compare to my previous SSDs.
Summary: Used in a usb-3 external drive enclosure as extra spave for my Macbook Retina. Noticably faster then convential hard drives, quiet, cool works great. I run a 100GB windows7 virtual machine off the drive and it's faster than when I had it in a bootcamp partition on my previous macbook.
Summary: I have been assembling my own PCs for 15 years, and this stands head and shoulders above any other upgrade I have made with respect to performance. Installed this with a motherboard, FX processor and memory upgrade along with Windows 8. It was easy to mount and simple (for me) to configure.
Pros: Very easy upgrade, user-friendly software, good capacity-price-performance. Oh... as usual NewEgg rocks!!!
Cons: None so far. Worried about reliability since this tech is new to me, so was careful about imaging my installation on an external SATA drive and I always back up my volatile data. Not even a hiccup so far, just being cautious.
Summary: I have a 3 ½ year old MacBook Pro that I put this drive in and it now is extremely fast. Startup time is much less that half of the previous HDD. Awesome SSD. I'd recommend to anyone looking to boost performance.
