The Xtreem R-Type measures 100.2 × 69.85 × 9.5mm and is tested to operate at optimal level in temperatures of 0F ~ +70F in 5%~95% relative humidity, with up to 15G vibration level and 1000G impact test. It has a mean time before failure (MTBF) of 2,500,000 hours and a Read/ Write life of 3,000,000 hours. The Xtreem R-Type comes with a 2 year warranty.

Features

The Xtreem SSD R-Type solid-state disk features a built-in RAID chip that delivers a boost to access speed and stability using “Redundant Array of Independent Disks” technology. With average read speeds of between 220MB/sec ~ 240MB/sec and write speeds of around 150MB/sec ~ 170MB/sec, the SSD is ideal for high-end business notebook users. The Xtreem R-Type SSD also comes equipped with the standard Wear leveling and ECC features. Three capacities are currently available for the Xtreem R-Type: 60GB, 120GB and 250GB.
