It also supports a 300 MB/s I/O data transfer rate, and about 1 in 1014 unrecoverable read errors.

Features

The Seagate Barracuda Green is compatible with direct attached storage devices such as USB, FireWire or eSATA devices and also works with Network Attached Storage devices and Windows storage servers. It is a high-capacity desktop storage option that supports SATA 6Gb/s interface and 64MB cache. It also features Seagate SmartAlign™ technology which helps users transition to the Advanced Format (AF), which is a 4K standard. It also features 5900-RPM speed, a low power consumption and cool, quiet operation.
