Summary: I bought this to increase the storage in my PC because 120GB wasn't cutting it anymore. Pros 1. It's fast like an SSD should be. The fastest? Nope, but it's not that huge of a difference. 2. Didn't come DOA. 3. BIOS saw it on the first try. Windows installed quickly. 4. Windows boots quickly. Apps open quickly. 5. The utility to gauge the health is pretty nifty. Cons 1. None yet. If anything goes wrong I'll report back but otherwise I'm happy with the purchase.
Summary: It's been a month of use and so far so good. I replaced a 1tb 5400rpm HDD in my laptop with this, so the performance increase was phenomenal. My main reason for getting this one was I didn't need a top of the line ssd since I knew any one would blow my old hdd out of the water. This is Sandisks mid range ssd at the moment, and compared to the sketchy quality control of some other slightly cheaper brands out there, this one holds good value.
Summary: Best upgrade for the money. Super-fast load times and transfers. I have always trusted SanDisk products going way way back, and this drive has been easy to use, and performs as advertised. Installed for nearly a month as my OS drive. I got it on sale, and if I remember right it was substantially cheaper than the competition.
Summary: Works great and plenty for space for my server. I was using a hardware mirror with a couple SATA300 disks. Transfers to my RAID 5 array were dropping to less than 40MB/s. After installing this transfers went back up to 100MB/s. I thought my raid 5 array was the culprit but turns out it was the aging mirror. I was able to image from the mirror over to the SSD using acronis without any issues.
Summary: Much faster performance than a standard 7200 RPM HDD. An SDD from a reputable brand (like this one) is strongly recommended for every PC build. Mine exceeded my expectations. Very quick boot up, restart, sleep, wakeup times. VERY snappy. It took me 5 minutes to download AND install the first 100 or so updates on the first update wave on the Windows 7 OS installation process. Again, if you want a quality PC build, an SSD is a NECESSITY for at least your boot drive.
Works as expected from a great company like SanDisk

Summary: Works as expected from a great company like SanDisk. My laptop has a 9 mm hard drive bay it was a great thing to include in the kit a bracket to go from 7 mm to 9 mm.I run a few tests and as expected they were very consistent with the specifications. The shipping was very fast as well. Thanks again and keep it up.
Summary: I bought this to help video games load faster, and what a difference it makes. Battlefield 4 is probably the most demanding game I own and my load times went from 4 to 5 minutes down to 20 or 30 seconds. HDDs are becoming obsolete and if you are ready to make the transfer over to a SSD this is a good place to start.
Summary: I bought the SanDisk Ultra II 240GB SSD for my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro This was my first SSD, and it was extremely easy to clone and install. You require a SATA to USB/Thunderbolt/Firewire etc. cable to properly clone your old hard drive. I used a program called "Carbon Copy Cloner" to clone the old drive. It's downloadable from the internet just Google search it and it will show up, and since you're probably only gonna clone one drive, you can just use the free trial.
Fantastic SSD. Replaced a 5400 spinning drive with this ...

Summary: Fantastic SSD. Replaced a 5400 spinning drive with this and boot up is unbelievable. I mostly just let my laptop hibernate (close the lid) and it was driving me crazy to have to wait 5 minutes before I could use it when I opened it back up. Now it is ready literally in 3-5 seconds. No slowdowns. I wish I had done this two years ago.
Summary: I replaced my c: drive (320GB) with this SSD. Now it only takes less than 20 seconds to boot up my Windows 7. Every application is so fast. It only takes me 40 minutes to scan virus now versus 4+ hours before. It is also really fast to browse the internet. Now I can shutdown my laptop every time after I use it (No hibernate anymore). It took me about 40+ minutes to clone my c: drive over to SSD (about 65 GB data). It took me 5 minutes to replace my c:drive to SSD.
