Summary: I purchased 4 of these and put three in laptops and one in a desk top. The desktop and 2 of the laptops are running Windows 7 and the old laptop is running Vista. I used the Apricorn upgrade kit to clone the old drives and everything worked flawlessly. The improvement in performance is dramatic. The old laptop I was about to toss is now very useable. This is about the most cost effective performance upgrade you can make.
