Great, while it worked.

Summary: It was great, until it died a month later, barely within the return period. Instead of sending me a new one, they gave a refund, and I was forced to buy a drive of another brand, for 15 dollars more. They reimbursed me for the $15 I had incurred.
Pros: - Fast - Large amount of space for the price
Cons: right at the one month mark it completely crashed no longer showed up as a drive and nearly took my entire laptop with it not sure if i just got a bad drive or what but after taking out the drive and finally get my laptop to reboot all went well but as for the drive its a complete loss
Pros: Speedy hard drive. I put it in my macbook pro and it was responsive and nice to have 500GB! of storage.
Cons: After 2 months, the drive started making clicking sounds a few times a day. I know every hard drive is subject to failure, but after an extensive test, I found some drive failure. This drive won't last another month.
Summary: My only conclusion was that the head wasn't able to idle in a proper position. Since it happened more noticeably when I wasn't moving files or anything, I figured it was trying to go into a "stand by" mode, waiting for me to access hard disk information.
Pros: Lots of space Stays relatively warm. Doesn't get super hot.
Cons: Installed XP Pro on clean drive... Got 2 clicks every minute regardless of what I was doing. Wiped disk and reinstalled factory image of Laptop (toshiba u205-s5002) Didn't help remedy the problem. Disk didn't show signs of a failure besides the ominous loud click. Let me explain further. This isn...
Summary: This isn't a bad drive, but be cautious if it starts making strange noises. I've never dealt with Samsung drives before, and wasn't gonna take my chances pushing the limit on their warranty. I'll stick with familiar brands like Western Digital and Seagate from now on.
Pros: Lots of Space, Perfect for video/music collections. Easy to install.
Cons: Died. Lasted about two weeks before I noticed a performance decrease and clicking noises. After three weeks it finally died on me. Luckily I RMA'd it and will replace it with the WD drive.
