second Review on RMA details

Summary: I like the drive just horrible when it dies, You lose everything, I couldn't recover the drive at all. The customer service has been pleasant, hopefully I'll get the replacement quickly without any issues with the new drive.
Pros: Great drive while it lasted, no hard use, just operating system use, well maintained system temps. good drive, I must say The customer service has so far been exponential, it was a little troublesome to find how to get a hold of someone you have to just get the number and call them. I have made c...
Cons: Died 18 months in, the reason I bought this was for the warranty, and I heard some good things about it.
Summary: Just wanted to report back on my review of 3/3/2014 9:56:06 AM. Had no problems getting our failed drive replaced under warranty. Submitted a request, a CSR followed up with me, asked a few questions, an RMA was generated, the failed drive was sent back and we had a replacement drive within 7-10...
Pros: Everything currently working fine (~8 mo's) in our Dell server with two of these 128GB units after one of them failed.
Cons: Had to replace one of two new drives after just a few weeks of operation.
Summary: Its a SSD.. fairly qiuck..might have gone with the EVO on hindsight..was in alot of turmoil on which to go with. Got this one. software is amazing.. couldn't get transfer to work properly..but wasn't trying it through sata port. The magician software worked Great; until it updated past 4.3.
Summary: Perhaps the software performance issues are due to missing drivers and are most likely not a fault of the product. All in all the boot time alone was enough to sway me into never going without a SSD in a future computer. The missing egg is of course for the poor software.
Pros: My laptop went from booting in ~80-100 seconds to booting in ~10-15. That difference alone is huge and makes me quite happy. I currently have my OS and a few games installed on the drive. The drive was physically easy to install (pop off the back, unscrew old, screw in new) so no worries there.
Cons: I haven't noticed much of a load time or otherwise performance increase in any of the games I have installed on the SSD (League of Legends and Guild Wars 2 being the main games). Although this may be due to the computer not having all drivers installed properly from having to reinstall Windows 7....
Summary: The drive is responsive and fast. I love it but that lack of anything in the box is kind of sad. I live in a small town so I can't just go to the store and buy a SATA cable or a drive bay adapter. According to Samsungs Youtube account the SSD comes with everything you need.
Pros: Fast, easy to install, and did I say fast?
Cons: There is nothing but the ssd in the package, no SATA cable or drive adapter. The cloning software is out of date and hates windows 8.
Summary: Make sure you don't toss the Magician software aside. You will need it to enable Rapid mode which will triple your speeds. This thing scored 3x faster than a pricier 240GB Intel SSD.
Pros: - Fast, great price, not DOA. Sequential Read - 790 MB/s (faster than advertised!) [This is with Rapid mode enabled.] Sequential Write - 720 MB/s (faster than advertised!) [This is with Rapid mode enabled.]
Cons: - Read/Write IOPS are nowhere near advertised speeds. I benchmarked and got 56,000 IOPS/97,000 advertised write speed and only 17,000/97,000 IOPS read speed.
