Summary: While 120GB is quite paltry these days even in the world of SSDs, this drive is exactly what I needed for a quick boot-up for my main desktop system. With Windows, some very commonly used programs, and temp files on the SSD I still have have the drive left over. I tested the drive's speed and found a top speed of 528MB/s and an average of 520MS/s. A little short of OCZs claim but I will take it.
Summary: This is by far the worst drive I have ever used. It failed within a month. I had not even set up my new computer fully with the GPUs and aftermarket CPU cooler before it failed. Delayed me so much in building my PC. I decided to pry open an old External HDD and use the 2.5" 500GB, ancient, HDD located inside of it. My computer did suffer so much from having to use the External HDD as a boot drive. I will never buy from this series of the Vertex Drives from OCZ.
May be a good performer, however it is very heavy.

Summary: I bought this to soup up a netbook, however the product is made out of milled aluminum, which looks cool, but is super heavy compared with the much lighter weight Crucial Technology m4 products. I ended up returning it to Amazon and ordering a Crucial m4 in its place.
Summary: I purchased this used at a very very cheap price. It was about the same price as one double its size now, but for the time I've had it I've been very pleased with this ssd. I only have my operating system installed on it, but boy can I tell a difference. I'll never use a regular HDD ever again.
Summary: Same mounting holes as the thicker, regular SATA drives, mounted inside of laptops there's no discernible difference. Won't fit some of my quick mount 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch SATA bays, but that's not what I purchased this for. Was bought to replace the magnetic drive inside an ACER S3 and had to have the low profile to fit. Prior to that, I had to remove the circuit board from the housing of an OCZ Vertex 2 SSD and tape it in to fit.
Tried some other brands over the years, and keep coming back to OCZ

Summary: Tried some other brands over the years, and keep coming back to OCZ. Admittedly those other brands may be better now, but once bitten, I'm hesitant to give a vendor a 2nd try. I now have OCZ SSD's for the system drives in all of my computers (and laptop) except my home server (and that's next, when the system drive starts to fail on it).
Summary: Super fast ultra quite and my pc boots in seconds, what more could i ask for? The only thing i will say is i wish i would have bought one a little larger, this thing works great and all i really have on it is my OS baught you have to be carefull because it stil fills up fast. PC CPU: AMD A8-5600K APU 3.6Ghz MB: MSI FM2-A85XA-G65 RAM:Kingston Technology HyperX 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 HDD: This one.
