I've got 3 of these and they scream

Summary: Drive 2 and 3 have been running flawlessly in my home build VMware ESXi whitebox. I bought two more of these after the great experience with the first one. These have been running 24 hours a day for 6 months and still performing like champions. I won't go into all the technical specs as there is plenty of that data around but you do get what you pay for and OCZ will continue to get my business going forward. Well done on V4!
The best upgrade I could have gotten for the money.

Summary: If you want to upgrade the speed of your current laptop.. this is the single best thing you can do to affect visible performance. This drive is FAST. Windows 8 literally boots in seconds. It's worth the money, folks... and don't worry about longevity. This drive will far outlast your laptop... and chances are your next one too.
Summary: This SSD is fast...I loved it from the get go...and no problems in getting it installed in my 2011 Macbook pro...no more waiting to get this started or to shut down and breathed new life into my MAC.
Summary: I installed this SSD as the C drive in my latest build, where only the operating system and programs are on this drive. All my personal files are on different drive. This drive has been working flawlessly for two months now. The boot speed on Windows 7 is so fast it is scary. Most applications just pop up in less than one second. Notoriously slow loading applications load in less than 10 seconds, e.g., Adobe After Effects and Photoshop both load in 8 seconds.
Summary: This was my first SSD and it is amazingly fast. The Vertex 4 is really fast. I had consist boot times of under 6 seconds. never had any issues with it. Used it with both Windows 7 and Windows 8 on my HP Pavilion.

Summary: I put this one in my desktop (Windows 98) PC, as the old drive was slowing down. I have a 'Gaming' PC and it was always faster then the average PC, but it was aging. This SSD made a true racehorse out it! I immediately ordered a 580GB for my Dell laptop with 'Windows 7'. Both computers are, again, a pleasure to use, much quieter too!
Summary: This was the first time i built my computer from scratch, and I decided to try out an SSD drive. I freaking love it! I can boot up and restart in less than 10 seconds. Games and programs run quickly if not instantaneously. The only problem is that 128 gig isnt really a whole lot to work with. I may buy second one or wait a while till the prices come down for the 256 gig.
