Summary: This is one of the best products from OCZ with an expected speed of almost 1.45 Gb/s Read and 1.25 Gb/s write. I used before this one the old version of OCZ (1st Generation-RevoDrive 2) which I not qualified as the RevoDrive 3 x2. The RevoDrive 3 x2 drive worth more than 5 stars. My computer starts in approx. 10 seconds Windows 8 Pro. Very stable after using it for two weeks. My games speed are unbelievable. I recommend this item for people love games and speed.
The Best SSD with high capacity, high speed and best price

Summary: This is my 3rd OCZ RevoDrive3. All have been wonderful. When I saw a 960GB Revo3 X2 for $999.99-$100(coupon) = 899.99 I picked it up immediately. This new card has a new heat sink design for the controller. The pictures are not correct. Glad I got the latest and greatest. These were selling for over $2K just a few months ago. For a near 1TB SSD this is a great price.
Summary: I have a Fusion-IO card and the RevoDrive 2 x 2 240 is insanely fast in comparison and far less money. The card runs relatively cool. It pegged out the Windows Experiance Score for disk, though that was expected. I use this for a boot drive and storage of a few VMs... and have std harddrives for massive storage of less frequently used apps and VMs. If you are going to use this a primary drive and put everything on it, it may get a little tight.
SSD RAID 0 Speed, and it supports TRIM "No Brainer"

Summary: I am not one to go bragging on about about a great thing. I also don't try to convience other people to go and buy a product. The Revo 3 x2 pcie x4 supports TRIM and is stable performer. It is worth every penny in overall in performance. If you find yourself doing more media task i.e. large HD video edits then you will notice the performance boost this card brings to your system.
Summary: Whether you are running compressed or uncompressed data through this unit it will scream speed. Extracting, copying or moving 20-30GB files? This is the drive for you. I can now do in mere seconds what used to take a dozen minutes on a Velociraptor. Don't expect to win bootup speed tests, though. My Revodrive X2 100GB is faster as it doesn't have to load through the VCA 2.0 firmware. Either way, when in Windows there is never a moments lag. ever. Want double this speed?
Summary: Most people understand the advantages of a solid state drive by now. Instant seek times, incredible data transfer rates, and no moving parts means better resistance to shock and less heat and vibration and completely silent operation. This takes it one step further by eliminating the bottleneck that's impacted SSD's - the SATA interface. PCIe is a much much quicker interface than SATA - going straight into the motherboard.
Summary: This card redefines what I have previously long considered to be the biggest bottleneck in a modern PC. To say that it's fast is inaccurate as it gives only a one dimensional perspective as to what this card actually provides. Yes it's fast, but that's a given considering what it is. What really surprised me and has me thinking differently about PC storage is the sheer amount of BANDWIDTH it has.
