Awesome and Fast if you get a good one

Summary: I intended to buy 2 of these to put in Raid 0 for the ultimate performance. Since I'm a gamer and developer, being able to see the potential of the next level of disk IO is pretty important to me.
Summary: at the time i purchased this product the purchase page had pledge video reviews post and tops sites that agreed that this was the drive to get and spend a whopping $900 bucks on! also at advertised purchase the claims were the drive did 89K IOP's then 2months passed the whole title changed to 26K...
Summary: What can I say. This drive is the fastest I've ever used. I have mechanical drives and hydrid drives. Neither can come close to the performance of this Octane unit. For those of you that live by your WEI score, this unit posted a 7.9! Windows boots much quicker now than before.
Summary: I shopped around - and on price - this is the best unit - given the performance. This is a heavy gun - and - I have checked all the reviews and the specs. I fully anticipate screaming scores and great benchmarks.
Summary: This drive replaced the ailing, slow 5400 rpm hard drive that originally came with my mid-2009 Macbook Pro model. Prior to using it on my machine I used an external SATA enclosure to mount it on the system and format it for OS X using Disk Utility.
Summary: Time Owned: 6 weeks Computer Installed in: MacBook Mid 2007 (MacBook2,1) This drive installed with absolutely no issues. I am running OS X Lion. I preformed a clean install and setup Bootcamp running windows 7 Ultimate. This is the ultimate upgrade for a laptop from this time period.
Summary: Put a couple of these in clients' HP desktops with core i5 first gens and 6 GB ddr 3 ram. Had a great pairing in the sata ii speed with the core i5-- the Windows Expereince Index came out almost perfectly balanced between the CPU and the SSD.
Summary: I bought this unit to replace a drive in my 13" macbook core 2 duo laptop. The drive fit right in place of the original drive. No pre installation configuration was needed. I made a backup of my original drive using an external USB drive and Super Duper free cloning software.
