good deals on them

Summary: I bought 2 when they were on rebate (fyi, the rebate comes in amex-gift card form). So far, so good, decent performance boost. Had to update the BIOS for one computer to recognize the SSD. I'd probably wouldn't get these if it wasn't on sale/rebate.
The single best upgrade I've ever made to a computer

Summary: Pros- The single best upgrade I've ever made to a computer. Excellent performance. 18+ months of constant operation without issue. Cons- Firmware issues. Many others appeared to have early failures and reliability issues that seemed to be related to the original firmware. I ran mine as is for almost a year without issue before finally succeeding in updating the firmware.
Summary: The OCZ Agility 3 is a pretty quick drive, and a lot of storage for the price. Unfortunately, I put this drive into a Sony SA series, which limits its speed. Sony in all of their wisdom has crippled this unit by making the Bios SATA II rather than SATA III. The computer is quite capable of running at higher speeds, but you must install a hacked Bios program to get the computer to run drives at a higher speed. Why Sony has disabled this feature is beyond me.
Summary: I replaced my laptop hard drive with this solid state drive and I have seen an increase in its performance. It now boots up much faster and the laptop runs a lot cooler. I would definitely recommend this product. Great price for a great product.
Summary: Pros: -Fast -Small -Price Cons: -1st one was DoA -Manufacturer provides little to no installation guide or feedback on their site -Manufacturer doesn't provide bracket, screws or SATA cables (others do) Overall, this is a good product. It was cheaper than other SSD's in the same storage capacity but lacks any "frills". As with many SSD's they can be very faulty, our 1st one was DoA.
Summary: I received the drives (I ordered 3 - 90GB) as expected but one of the drives died as I was transfering data to it. The bottom line is with this drive or any SSD drive if you replace the "C" drive in your computer with one of these you'll reduce your boot time to about a minute or less, tops, using today's processors. I put this in my S10-3t Lenovo Netbook and Windows 8 boots in 30 seconds.
Summary: Used this with a 2008 Aluminum Unibody MacBook. OCZ has a utility to force the drive to run at 3.0GBs compared to 1.5GBs that it does on auto-detect, it's a problem with the nForce chipset in these computers. Once installed it ran great, sleep mode worked, no beachballs, no freezing up. It wasn't quite as fast as the Kingston SSD Now 64GB I had before (JMIcron) but it was way faster than the 160GB HD Apple put in at the factory.
Summary: I purchased this without reading the reviews on Amazon, not sure what I was thinking as I normally would do that. I installed it into my laptop, Compaq Presario F756NR to bring new life into it. It installed Windows 7 just fine. Then after a Windows Update, it BSOD, did a dump and shutoff. I turn it back on, BSOD and shutdowns. I come back to Amazon to much bad reviews of how bad this drive was. I check the firmware of the drive, it came with the latest.
Summary: OCZ Technology 240 GB Agility 3 SSD- 3G SATA 6.0 Gb-s 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive AGT3-25SAT3-240G I'm sorry others have had problems with this drive, but so far mine is working great! I bought one despite all the bad reviews because the price was outstanding and I was running out of space on my 90GB ssd. Firmware on the ssd I received was already up to date. I had it installed and up and running as my primary hard drive in less than 30 minutes.
