Summary: I'm three months shy of three years ownership of this drive. I installed WoW on it, I use it to work from home (IT support), and it's the primary drive in my primary home box. It hasn't given me a day of trouble in three years. It's one of my favorite purchases I've ever made for a home computer.
Pros: Fast, reliable, competitively priced (when originally bought)
Summary: I've used it in two different ways. The first case, I used it as the OS and system app drive, where I saw maximum performance in certain cases, like boot speed. However, it couldn't take advantage of the whole drive, and a lot of the data that WAS on there wasn't even accessed very often.
Pros: Excellent upgrade over any HDD. Performance was top-notch in both configurations I've tested. (see below) I got it for an excellent price before the earthquakes/tsunamis. (48 bucks)
Cons: Lack of space. 60GB is enough for windows and a couple of programs. I recommend using it as cache with Intel Smart Response. The speed can be a little finnicky. The rates speeds were tested on Atto, which I confirmed to be accurate. But Atto uses compressible data. Expect to see 100-200MB/s in ma...
Summary: This OCZ drive is the same model that I've had in my desktop for almost a year now and it runs fine but it is the smaller 120GB version I copied my laptop HDD to the SSD using some free HDD copy tool and Ive been running it for a week now it's just fine i bench marked it with crystal disk 3.02 and...
Pros: Very fast and reliable. Super light and durable. Since the first moment I bought the velocity is amazing. The time boot up is in 11sec with my macbook pro 9,1. I have clone and install the system 5 time already and always is 34 minutes or less. I also updated the firmware on the OCZ A 3 and it go...
Cons: support to macbook pro mid 2012 and any new generation when you are about to updated the firmware since i need to use a usb wired mouse and LAN connectivity.
Summary: I bought 2 when they were on rebate (fyi, the rebate comes in amex-gift card form). So far, so good, decent performance boost. Had to update the BIOS for one computer to recognize the SSD. I'd probably wouldn't get these if it wasn't on sale/rebate.

Summary: Pros- The single best upgrade I've ever made to a computer. Excellent performance. 18+ months of constant operation without issue. Cons- Firmware issues. Many others appeared to have early failures and reliability issues that seemed to be related to the original firmware.
Summary: Good product, fast and quiet but I've read that there may be some instability / failure issues with OCZ drives, have to wait to see when they crashes. Before you buy them, look into OWC's sad drives and compare. Personally I like the OWC for my macs, I'v been placing these in PC's ...
Summary: This is my third OCZ drive in my MBP 2.4GHz (rev 6,2)... the OCZ drives just keep getting bigger and cheaper. I started with a 180GB which was great and quick but I wanted more space on my laptop and went to 240GB on a good deal, but then I found a good deal on a 480GB drive and just upgraded again.
