Started out Good

Richard P., Newegg
20 October 2015
  • Summary: I bought one of these drives about four years ago and while it worked, it worked well. The first one started throwing critical error messages at about the 23 month point. Kingston provided a replacement without fussing and that worked about the same length of time before it went Tango Uniform.
  • Pros: Fast, easy install
  • Cons: Failed twice

Reliable Drive

Peter S., Newegg
22 February 2014
  • Summary: In 2010 I spent $250 for this drive which I thought was high at the time but it was money well spent.
  • Pros: I've had this drive running almost continuously since I bought it in mid 2010. It has never had an issue and has served me with reliable performance in both a laptop and 2 desktops in that time.
