Summary: I got this SSD for my Father's computer. It is decently fast and boots up far faster then his old mechanical drive. The price being excellent was what originally convinced me to purchase this for him but the performance is not too far off my Crucial M's and he will not be gaming with it so it is more than great for his usage.
Summary: With prices for 120GB SSDs falling below $70 (on sale) it would be negligent not to pick one up. Even if this is more of a mainstream class drive the performance is still very good. The system feels crisp and everything runs better. ATTO benchmark software confirms the performance in both reads and writes matching manufacturer's specification. Great value if it lasts.
Pros: Excellent value for a SATA3 drive, very good read speed, comes in complete kit with brackets, migration software, external case and USB cable, SATA power and data cables, screws
Cons: Not the fastest in writes among the same class of drives, but reasonable
Summary: Bought this to upgrade my old PC which only have SATA2. It works with SATA2 and a big big difference compare to regular HD. After changing windows to use this SSD, everything run so fast, so smooth , is like a brand new PC with a fast CPU. High recommended to have a SSD for the boot drive...this really make a huge difference in performance.
Summary: Its good but not great, for the money there are better drives out there such as the 830/840 drives from samsung. in reality you probably would not detect the difference but if your in the market for new you may as well get the best your money can grab. When setting the drive up think carefully about what you want to use the drive for, setting you downloads folder to a mech HDD will free up a lot of space and using apps like steam mover allows you to put just the games...
Summary: Great SSD from Kingston. Top notch! Very rapid and stable. Windows 8 boots up within 13 seconds :) Build quality is fantastic. Better than OCZ (higher rate of failure) If your looking for an SSD drive, then Kingston offer great SSD's at affordable prices.
Keeps my old laptop working, and so fast to boot too

Summary: Replaced the hard drive in a Dell that was gifted when I left my last job and had just 64GB drive. Apart from doubling my capacity I am very impressed with the almost instant boot up from these SSD's. A real bonus. Easy to fit and worked immediately. I was also surprised that I didn't need to re-register my MS Op system and Office, presumeably their security recognised the basic hardware.
Summary: I have a 2+ Years old HP 4420s laptop which had a 320GB 7200rpm hard drive, i3 processor & 4 GB RAM. A week back the hard disk crashed & I ordered the Kingston 120GB SSD to replace it. Arrived in 2 Days... no hassals. Just to start off, my motherboard only supports Sata 2, basically limiting the transfer speed to 300 MB/s. The first thing I noticed is the serious boost to the Windows 7 Startup time. Its now 22 Seconds Flat! Awesome!
Summary: I bought this with a view to putting the operating system on it, but due to the vaguries of windows 8 I have not yet managed to do it. So the drive is not being used for it's primary purpose and therefore is difficult to rate properly. The drive itself however works perfectly well, but an accurate speed comparison is not possible as yet.
