Works well, but slower than advertised

Summary: As an IT Professional, I can attest to that just about ANY solid state drive is a significant upgrade from a traditional hard disk drive in terms of access/boot times and file read/write speed; this particular model is no exception. Installed drive in SEP 2012, ran a clean install of windows and I have not had any hard-ware related crashes or failures since. The difference is noticeable and it is an upgrade from a traditional HDD.
Excerpt: This survey is a pain to fill out. The comments I had filled out disappeared when I tried to submit the review. I installed th SSD into a Toshiba Satellite laptop. It is quiet and faster than the HHD it replaced. The cloning software worked well. The drive worked well in the laptop for a week, then I began having a blank sceen problem. I think it is the lid close switch and is not at all related to the solod state drive.
Pros: Easy To Install, Fast, Highly Compatible, Quiet
Summary: I got it through Gold box, Kingston SSDNow V+200 120GB SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State Drive SVP200S3/120G, then migrate windows7 in HDD to SSD with a free software partition-assistant-home-edition-5 less than then minutes.Only got 155M/s for my testing(SATA II interface maybe), but now it costs me 28 seconds to launch to my desktop.
Summary: ------ UPDATE I am raising 1 star. After trying this device on SATA III/SATA II, SATA III gave me far better results 420MBs Read/300MBs Write. So in summary this device is not a well performer on SATA II but still reliable. It's been a month using it and it's working like a champ. ------ I bought this device for upgrading my ASUS laptop. It was pretty easy to install, not issues at all.
Summary: 111.8GB available space, win7 install from usb very fast, start up/shut down time very fast ~10/6 sec. Never going back to conventional HDD. Gaming, web surfing, photo editing, everything is much faster now. Can't comment on reliability, yet.
Summary: The Kingston SSDNow V+200 is Kingston's attempt to provide a solid-state drive with the amazing Sandforce processor at a reasonable price. I was able to score one of these drives from a street vendor, and it was worth every penny. I had the choice between the V100 256GB and the V+200 240GB for the same price, and I chose the latter because I am planning on buying a new laptop with SATA 3 in a few months. *Installation My installation went flawlessly.
