Summary: Works great but it came with a spacer to adjust from a 7mm thickness to a 9mm thickness. Unfoprtunately the screws that hold the spacer on also hold the top on. So if you need ot take the spacer off you will need screws to hold the top on or do as I did and just tape it down.
Summary: This drive works flawlessly. What more can I say? 180 gigs is plenty for a C drive. I'm currently using less than 60 gigs. Boot speed? From power on to Win 8.1 desktop, it was ready in just under 30 seconds. Blazing.
Pros: It works. It is fast. Too early to say about reliability. My friend using 520 series 120 Gb SSD for over a year w/o any problems, that is why I got one. It does everything right. Wakes up from all kind of sleeps flawlessly.
Cons: This one is for Intel and not for the drive itself INTEL what is your problem!? Your cloning software instructions does not say anything about initializing drive. Drive came UNFORMATTED. If you're installing Windows from scratch you most likely would not have this problem as windows will format i...
Great for clean installs, or servers. But not quite for OS cloners.

Summary: The SSD works as advertised. Of course you get the wonderful reliability and warranty with Intel. I'm not here to talk about benchmark numbers and read and write speeds, but I will talk about what most people are going to do with the drive upon installation and ease of data transfer.
Summary: The Five year warranty in a industry where two and three are common really stands out for me. Most people will upgrade prior to the expiry of the warranty anyway. I have had another for a week now I picked up off a bitcoin store so I ordered another from NCIX to fit my steam library.
Summary: I've got 2 of these running since 2011 and haven't had any reliability issues to date. In comparison, I also had 2 Crucial SSDs and both have failed with unhandled errors. These Intel drives aren't the fastest but they have been very reliable so far.
Pros: Usual SSD advantages: fast, quiet and less heat
