Summary: So far I've seen issues reported for MacBook Pro 2011 models only. Though I also have issues on my MacBook Pro 5.4 (2009): 1. Intel 510 SSD constantly freezes (beachball problem) 2. Disk utility shows the directory is damaged and it can't repair it. 3. Disk Warrior either: .a.
Summary: I posted ealier that after 50 days the SSD failed and was posting "Data Integrity Scan Failure." Intl said the unit had failed and needed to be replaced. In preparing to send in the SSD, I discovered why the SSD was giving this "false" failure message.
Pros: Faster performance than HDD, but it's new technology and still exploring nuances.

Excerpt: In my opinion this Intel SSD is worth buying but i think i found 1 little problem i install it on my pc with win 7 everything was very fast an perfect but when start copy files from another pc (network) windows crashed and i had to reset.
Summary: Este disco duro es un disco SSD con un rendimiento muy superior al de cualquier disco convencional y un precio tambien superior.
