Summary: I used this to test system imaging software by first saving the images from Lenovo laptops and then restoring them to this drive. It worked fine and is currently holding a working backup for my primary laptop.
Summary: It's fast and quiet in my laptop. How long it will last is anybody's guess, but so far I've had very good luck with these HDs. I have them in several laptops where they get used all day, every day, and have not had one fail. Yet.
