Poor Choice for Home Office Use

Summary: I (have to, because they came with) use these drives in the Pegasus 6 Raid Array for Mac Thunderbolt. I have owned the device for three and a half years and have had four out of 6 drives fail in that interval.
Summary: We had great difficulty with this device. It stopped working within a couple of months. We have contacted the company several times but they have not been responsive. I had to purchase a completely new (and different!) product.
Summary: I bought this drive a few weeks ago. The first drive was dead on arrival (didn't spin up). I had it replaced but the replacement drive is now also failing with over 400 reallocated sectors after only less than 200 hours of use. Might be bad luck, but really can't recommend this drive.
Summary: I bought this drive in August 2010 for around £95 and has used it since in home desktop machine for file storage/torrenting. Yesterday, 2nd March 2012, it started giving me errors, so now I am forced to replace it. Fingers crossed the replacement arrives before this thing packs up.
