Summary: The seller was prompt in dealing with the shipping issue I had. It turns out it was no fault of there own but an internal problem at FedEx. I appreciate there customer service standard in getting to the source of the problem and having it resolved. As for the product, I have not put it to use as yet, but I am hoping I don't have any issue there.
Summary: I first bought 3 of those.. Everything was great except that one of them was faulty. So I had to return it to the seller which instantly provided me with a full refund for the defective item. I later bought 6 other ones to replace all my old drives. I got surprised this time that the ones I received were Fujitsu branded but with exact matching specifications, so never mind! I got the opportunity to test 4 of them and I haven't experienced any problems so far.
Summary: Replacement Drives from Dell are almost always top notch and solid; however, the prices can be a bit high. Getting the drive from Amazon kept me in budget and it worked perfectly. Ran a full test - took about 21 hours and every blocked was clean!
