This is probably the worst performing and unreliable SSD brand
2 weeks ago
Summary: This is probably the worst performing and unreliable SSD brand. We purchased 10 of these Corsair 60GB this summer as replacement parts for our laptops. As of today, 5 of the 10 are dead, does not mount internal or external using SATA to usb cable. I will see if we can RMA but not fully confident if we want to continue using this brand.
Neat solutions, decent price and thus far has met out needs.

Summary: Bought to use in a small "net top" computer/PC, a ZBox Model ZBOXHD-ID11-U. It rarely gets used, as its a "garage TV PC", but installation, operating system and function since deployment earlier this year (April 2013) - has gone very well with it, have not noticed any problems...entire system seems a little slow, but its a net top and I have no comparison systems to place it against - however, it works and that was the objective.
Summary: Currently sitting in an HTPC and has been running for 3-4 months, nearly non-stop. No complaints, no issues and it runs well. You do have to keep an eye on the remaining space, but it's not terribly hard to do. Holds OS & Music, 2TB drive holds games and videos.
Summary: I really was not sure about purchasing this. I have always used rotational drives and stuck with Western Digital, Seagate,Maxtor, etc. When I saw the price and the unfamiliar name, I hesitated. Additional research revealed that those other manufacturers are late to arrive in the SSD market. I checked other reviews and made the purchase... I cannot tell you what a difference this drive makes in the performance of my computer.
Summary: It works as expected, no problems so far, but for that price you should get a bit more capacity. I'm using it on my car computer, heat and vibration do not look to be a problem for this drive.
