Without the latest mainboard and OS, you cannot get the full potential of Raidr Express.

Summary: To get the full potential from this SSD, you need a most up to date mainboard and Windows 8. As my mainboard used P67 chipset with Windows 7, I cannot get the full potential of the SSD, such as quick and UEFI booting.
Summary: Wouldn't install Windows 7 in UEFI mode on an Asus Rampage motherboard no matter what I tried so settled for Legacy mode in the end. This was followed by constant blue screens and system crashes until I eventually removed the card to be sent back to Amazon. Spent hours trying to get this working correctly but to no avail. Unless your running Windows 8 my advice is avoid this and buy yourself a decent SSD instead.
Summary: Packaging wasn't very thick, but box arrived speedily and in good shape. Brand new as described. Works well, but remember you need a video card PCI slot, so make sure your motherboard has all the slots you need. Current gen SSD's are faster in RAID 0 at a better price, but this has better bandwidth, looks better, and has great software to speed up everything even more.
dont bother its not worth the wasted time trying to install this

Summary: This is amazing and very fast ssd Hardrive , require spare PCI Express slot so is not for any motherboard , but I guess if you buying it you are gamer or sophisticated PC Builder !!! , is work perfect for mi and also looks nice in my Corsair case , recommend to anyone who love to have fast PC and don't mind couple pound More to pay :) , remember is quite rare product so take longer to delivery by amazon but is worth the price and waiting for , you can put 2 together and...
Summary: I cannot get this to work in UEFI mode with an ASUS motherboard, so legacy bios mode for me. To update the firmware you need to break the on-board RAID mirror and update the two drives individually - not great if you want your OS on there (me). Other than that it's great, really fast, but I'm sure the v2 product will address the points made above.
