Cons: Had it for little over a year. When alive it was working good. The first time it died after six months and it was replaced under warranty. The second time died after 3 months and also replaced under warranty. I did not want to wait third time and sold the replacement on e-bay. Will not buy again another Adata product
Summary: Will never, ever buy a product from A-Data again.
Pros: Absolutely None.
Cons: This is the second time that I have reviewed this drive as I had returned it previously. The second drive is just as much a piece of junk as the first one. They only lasted about a week or less. Only option is a replacement since I cannot get a refund (who knows why this is). Don't really want a replacement as I don't need or want another piece of junk.
Summary: Thankfully Newegg was quick to provide and RMA. Will see what happens when the replacement drive comes in. Newegg still rocks on their deals and customer service.
Cons: This drive only lasted about 2 weeks before it quit working. The drive just stopped working one day while booting up my computer. The drive was no longer recognized by the BIOS, even. I had even updated the firmware to the latest version.
Summary: If I can get it to 3.3.2 and stop the BSOD's I will remove this review in favor of a 4 egg review. It is a good SSD when it is working. Just more of a hassle than it is worth at the moment.
Pros: Fast. Well priced. I've owned it since 10/16/2011.
Cons: I get the BSOD problem as described by many. It happens at random intervals (mostly during idle periods of streaming media to another machine in my house). Contacted ADATA support and they recommended moving the firmware up to the 3.3.2 version. Ironically when I try to use their tool on their site to do so it Blue Screens again. They told me to reinstall windows but this time remove the system reserved partition manually during the install. Same results still. Contac...

Summary: I have been building computers for 12 years.I know most of the tricks .When i installed this drive everything worked great for 5 days then with no software changes at all constant blue screen of death every time i tried to use it.sometimes 5 min to sometimes 30 min after bootup.I have a line conditioner and a UPS so voltage fluctuactions is not the culprit.I'M so mad I dont even want to waste my time with a RMA.this drive was junk.Granted you may have one bad drive out...
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: I know why this drive is painted blue.....all you get is BSOD'S.
Cons: Not even close to the advertised speeds. CrystalDiskMark 3.0.1 (the same ver I've seen in reviews with much higher results) gives me - Sequential Read 207.2 MB/s, Sequential Write 150.2 MB/s, 512k Read 199.5 MB/s, 512k Write 152.8 MB/s, 4k Read 24.70 MB/s, 4k Write 67.04 MB/s, 4k QD32 85.69 MB/s, 4k QD32 124.5 MB/s
