Summary: The quality I have come to know from Remo. Product was just what my friend (the drummer) needed. It also came with some equipment to mount the practice pad onto a stand which was a nice free touch.
Summary: I bought this Remo practice pad via Amazon, so I didn't try it out before buying. It is LOUD! I might as well be playing a snare drum. I wasn't comfortable practicing without hearing protection. The drumming action on it is nice, though.
Summary: so i just started to drum and i needed a pad and there all sooo not in my buget, this one is and its cool prices i really like, its a litle small, I can't tune it and I don't know what the gray thing is but not couting those things its good especialy sense they give you a nice letter a magazine and...

Summary: I don't understand the people who diss this pad because it's louder than others. I think that's a real advantage. The conventional pads are way too quiet. You can't really play dynamics. It's true that your roommates won't like this one, but they shouldn't have agreed to room with a drummer.
Good pad, but a little loud and a bit too much rebound for my tastes

Summary: Overall, it is a good pad. And since these things have been around for a long time, I suspect others agree with me. However, while it is much quieter than a real drum, it is quite a bit louder than many other practice pads.
