" Handsonic Vs Wavedrum" - ctaf

Audiofanzine
12 January 2011
  • Excerpt: I use it for 1 month, I also own a roland HandSonic HPD10 and an electronic drum. The HandSonic and Wavedrum are very different, though complementary. I use the HandSonic more like a drumkit, the sounds are very clean, very clear, very roland. For Wavedrum, it seems more an acoustic intrument that needs treatment, the dynamic is mu...

" Huge" - Senseï Syd

Audiofanzine
14 December 2010
  • Excerpt: I have been using since July 2010 so a few months ago. It must first understand it's a synthesizer, said synthesizer and therefore who says you can solve just about anything: sensitivity or speed typing, levels of algorithms (the algorithm is the program that generates a sound) and effects when two algorithms are associated with a skin an...

Korg Wavedrum

soundonsound.com
13 November 2010
  • Summary: The original Wavedrum became a cult product that many heard but few got a chance to play. This new model may not have the fancy woodwork but it actually does more than the MkI, while costing much less.
  • Pros: Much more affordable than the original., Excellent playing response., Wide range of traditional, ethnic and abstract factory sounds to get you started.
  • Cons: Navigating the Edit menus is difficult without the manual on hand to tell you what the parameters are., Some will still find the price too high to justify for a single drum.

Pros: - It's a kind of electronic percussion instrument, but music, so an instrument built for the live. - It is taken in hand, without pro...

"Handsonic Vs Wavedrum" - ctaf

Audiofanzine
1 December 2011

Audiofanzine
14 December 2010
  • Excerpt: Je l'utilise depuis Juillet 2010 donc depuis quelque mois à peine.
