Great design - great features. Buttons work for me.

Ann, Amazon

  • Summary: Based on a few reviews, I was prepared to remove the grill to program the buttons. But on my Oskar the buttons are very touch sensitive and just seem to be designed to look like the grill... They blend in and seemingly compliment a very sleek design. So I'd say that the program buttons are maybe hard to see at first - but they're sensitive to the touch and i can program my humidifier very easily without removing the grill. Otherwise, I love the design and the concept.

Fantastic Design - Virtually Silent - Looks Good. Not Cheap, But Worth Every Penny.

  • Summary: Living on Colorado's Front Range, humidifiers are a fact of life year round. I had tried/used just about every humidifer on the market over the years, so I consider myself a fairly good judge. I was looking for an evaporative humidifier to replace the ultrasonic used in the 25 by 15 foot attic / bedroom, mostly because the constant white dust and refills had gotten to be too much.

stylish, but pesky (and moldy... and expensive)

Hunter Wimmer "hlwimmer", Amazon

  • Summary: this is a nice looking and simple machine. like others have said, it's evaporative, meaning that it pulls air across a wet filter similar to a "swamp cooler". this is a nice and simple design to a point, but in our experience, it means it's maintenance intensive and somewhat expensive in the short and long term. first, the unit itself is spendy. then the replacement filters are expensive... and then the add on bits (silver cartridge, which doesn't seem to work, btw).

Quiet, works well enough

John A. Johnson, Amazon
9 January 2015
  • Summary: The major reason I bought this humidifier is that I wanted an evaporative humidifier that would not leave the white residue I found when using ultrasonic humidifiers, but I wanted a unit that ran very quietly. The OSKAR delivered as promised--you almost cannot hear it on low speed, and the higher speed is still very quiet. It is very easy to refill the unit through the pop-out door.

DO NOT buy Stadler Form anything! After working well ...

Christina, Amazon
30 December 2014
  • Summary: DO NOT buy Stadler Form anything! After working well for a month, it quits and the company's customer service DOES NOT pick up the phone or respond to messages of any kind. I apologize for the single star rating - it should be a zero, but I'm not allowed to do so.

I love this humidifier

Amazon Customer "rsqdoc59", Amazon

  • Summary: I love this humidifier.Easy to fill, perfectly quiet and most importantly, effective. I have very bad eczema and dry skin which improved within days .You can feel the pleasant difference in the air. No need for distilled water which is a plus and the silver filter makes frequent clean up unnecessary.I also don't wake up with a dry mouth. One of the best investments I ever made.
