Summary: Fits all my criteria because: It is efficient, adjustable settings, auto shut off, easy to fill, holds "just short" of 1 gallon water (recommends distilled) and lasts for me approx. 36 hours with my setting (I use just beyond 1/2 mark on the control/about 3 notches to the right and gives a light mist),quiet, red light also serves as night light in a small room, and whimsical for an adult without being over the top.
Summary: This is a great humidifier, when it works. The first two I purchased lasted a year or two. The replacement I purchased only lasted three months. It was hardly past the 3 month return period for Amazon when the switch went bad. Amazon was kind enough to send me a new one despite being past the return period. Now, the second one has gone bad 2 days after the 3 month period expired. It is the same issue, a bad switch. Don't make the same mistake, buy something else.
Summary: Every year or 2 we buy a new humidifier because we are worried about what grows in these things. And because they usually die pretty quickly. Some are noisy. Some make everything wet. Some don't adjust. Some are very clunky. This one is perfect in every way. We see the steam, but don't feel anything wet. We were able to remove all the towels from the furniture and floor. My daughter thinks its cute. It is very clean and easy to use.

Summary: We bought two of these for our narrow row house and at first they were working great and we loved the bonus of no filter to clean or change. Then one of them stopped working cometely. Now this may be my fault as the directions clearly state not to move it when there is water in the tank and I did and it hasn't worked right since. The other one of which I never moved while the water tank had water in it is still going strong and worries great.
Summary: This cute little humidifier has saved me from kicking my husband out of bed every night for snoring! We put it on his side of the bed and it puts the moisture back into the air so he can breathe easy and QUIETLY! Also my apartment is super dry so it works great. Turns itself off when there is no water left so you don’t have to fret about forgetting to turn it off.
Summary: seemed to work fine when we had it. it didnt seem to stay any cleaner than a NON ultrasonic humidifier though (we still cleaned/dried it just as often.) didnt last very long - wouldnt turn on after about a year.
Summary: Cute, yes...works, yes but the amount of steam emitted is insane. The lowest setting is about the same amount of steam emitted from the highest setting on our Crane humidifier. So if you purchase, be really careful-or your carpet/surrounding furniture may be soaked. We live in a dry climate so I like to have it on every night, but now as my child is older he definitely fiddles with it after I put him to sleep and if the dial is turned any higher than the lowest, there is...
