  • Summary: I just purchased this and it literally took 5 minutes at the most to setup. The soundbar and subwoofer were already paired so I didn't need to do any technical setup at all. The remote is easy to use for changing soundbar, subwoofer, and satellite speaker volume so no matter what kind of room you have (or where the speakers are exactly in the room), it's easy to make it work. They even make it easy to program your TV remote to the soundbar!

  • Summary: Could not be happier with this product. Thin tv speakers just don't get the job done. This setup has big sound for big TV's. Easy to operate and adjust sound to your needs. Bluetooth ads to the package. Hooked mine up to cable box with 1 optical wire . Also wireless sub surprised me.

  • Summary: I thought the sound on my VIZIO Smart TV was awesome with the TV speakers so never thought about buying anything else until I heard this set up at a Wal-Mart store playing. I was sold. It was easy to install, no wires showing anywhere and a sound so theater like that I wonder sometimes if they are not behind me! The way the sound moves with the movie is awesome and it is a set up I would recommend to anyone with any brand of TV.

Great system

  • Pros: I bought this set from Sam's Club for $215 so it was much cheaper. For the price, this is the best speaker system I have owned. The bass is good, center is good, and rear surround sound is good. The sub is wireless so no wires to run to the TV. I watch movies from my computer to my TV via Chromecast and use the Bluetooth option for sound from my computer to the speakers.
  • Cons: I don't really have any.

  • Summary: I purchased this sound bar to enhance the sound of my vizio tv. My tv sits on the stand on top of my credenza. Because I purchased the Vizio brand sound bar I ASSUMED that vizio had ensured the sound bar would fit BELOW the tv screen. I was mistaken . The sound bar is approximately one inch taller than the stand which blocks the screen. I am disappointed in the lack of planning by vizio .

  • Summary: This sound bar produces really nice sound and the wireless connection to the sub and surround speakers could not be easier to hook up! This unit replaced a conventional wired 5.1 system by Panasonic. The Vizio system produces much better surround sound than did the old system. The Bluetooth feature on this system is great as well; connection to my iPhone is a snap! There are 2 simple feature on this system, however, that prevented me from giving it a 5.

  • Summary: I only knocked off an egg because it's not perfect, but I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase. Going from 2 channel stereo from two fairly decent tower speakers pushed by an early '00s Yamaha receiver to the S4251W-B4 is a pretty significant improvement, with just about every aspect of our entertainment system's sound being improved. It even separates the channels well when I play Battlefield 4 on the HTPC. I really like this soundbar.
  • Pros: Great sound--especially for the price, simple setup, unobtrusive looks that match my VIZIO 50" plasma well. Everything a soundbar needs to be.
  • Cons: I still have to use 2 remotes, one for uverse/TV, the other for the sound. I can turn the soundbar up all the way, then use the TV volume control (with the TV speakers disabled on it's menu), but with it setup that way, if I switch to stream music from my phone via bluetooth or to my HTPC, the soundbar is cranked all the way up, which is surprisingly loud. Also, the soundbar doesn't seem to pick up a power-on signal from the TV's optical out until you manipulate the v...

Great

  • Summary: What can I say, surround sound without running wires, sound is really good, goes way louder than I will ever use, and I got it for a great price.
  • Pros: Loud, clear, wireless sub, rear satellites wired to the sub. Bluetooth, I can stream music from my phone to it as well.
  • Cons: Volume interval steps are a little big for watching at night in bed, 1 is just barely too quiet 2 is too loud, I would like a smooth volume curve over steps. Not enough to deduct an egg though, it is a combination of my hearing and forced hot air heating.
