Summary: I purchased this item to accompany my Sony Playstation 3 and my 52" Sony Bravia TV. Let me tell you that I am thrilled. With the graphics and now HD surround sound, you feel like you are there!!!
Summary: for the most part, the system is great for what i paid. but it has an occasional issue where the sound and picture will cut out for a second. it usually only does this one time when it is turned on, but annoying non-the-less. at least i have tivo, so i can skip back to find what i missed.
Summary: Very Awesome, it was the first surround i got with 3 HDMI inputs. It is a great and decently priced unit, however be aware the Sub will blow in no time, I suggest you build a custom box and put a real sub in it. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.
Summary: It does everything I expected and sound is great. The base is deep and penetrates the walls. I'd recommend this system to those who are in the market an excellent sound system at a very reasonable price
Summary: I have had this setup for nearly 4 years and it has been awesome. It gives me more sound than I could really need and sounds great whether watching a movie, listening to music or playing video games. I was leery of buying the Home theater in a box but this has been great.
Sounds like a $1,000 system at a fraction of the price - Brilliant!

Summary: I purchased a $1,200 system but returned it because it sounded horrible after it was home and connected. For that much money I expected a "Wow" effect, but was very disappointed. So, back to researching what one store told me was not possible.
Summary: I spent a long time shopping for a home theater system. I'm glad I followed the advice of other reviewers and chose this item. I have a small room with a big TV, and this provides just the right kind of sound. Works especially well with my PS3, and it was a breeze to hook up.
Summary: I've owned this unit for a little less than a year. I began having distortion problems with the subwoofer about a month ago. I hooked up a neighbor's subwoofer to the system and it worked fine. I contacted Sony and learned the product had to be shipped to Texas at my expense for warranty repairs.
Summary: I have had this system for about 9 months now and other than the sub-woofer it is a fine home theater system which is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately at anything over about volume 20 the sub-woofer will crackle and pop loudly, rendering it worthless. I was forced to unplug it entirely.
Summary: Got the system for about 2 weeks now. Setup to work with my Sony blue-ray disk player is a breeze. The system was setup in 10 minutes with the sound calibration using the microphone thingy. However, I need to adjust for the surround-sound speakers individually for my taste.
