Summary: Another sweet home theatre experience by Sony!!! The passive 8 Inch subwoof has alot more boom and thump than I thought it would and the Sub vibrates my doors like crazy. The remote that comes with it does everything you need it to from changing the volume to changing the radio channel and even...
Summary: THIS IS A USED SONY SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM WHICH IS JUST AS THE SELLER DISCRIBED AND IT IS WONDERFUL.WORKS GREAT, BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. LOOKS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED ALSO.COMPARED TO ANOTHER 5.1 SYSTEM I BOUGHT OF THE SAME WATTAGE, THIS ONE IS THE DIFFERENCE IN DAY AND NIGHT.
Summary: I have had this system for about 2 years. For 200$ it's a great bargain. I think I got it for 250$ when bought my first plasma tv. MSRP was 350$ I think. Anyway, It has plenty of sound for a smaller room.
Summary: Sure, it could have more power and larger satellite speakers but I bought it for the price mainly. It works perfectly for my Home Theater needs. The separation of the dialogue from the other background sounds is worth the price alone. I was surprised at how much sound the center speaker handles.
Summary: Sony, the company that was famous for crackling speakers, lousy receivers, and bad subwoofers, has finally rocked the nation with this wonderful surround sound system. First of all, as one of the best features that is hard to come by on a speaker system of this calibur, is the price.
Summary: I got this system for my grandparents smallish (12x10) living room. They are not by any means discriminating listeners so this system fit the budget. They just needed the sound to be closer to them so that they can hear it better so this was perfect. I am more discriminating and here is my review.
Summary: I have been researching home theater systems for a couple of months and found this one almost by accident. At first I could not believe that I had found a system that has gotten such positive reviews. By chance, it was offered on sale at Circuit City for $159.
Summary: "Best bang for the buck." That's the best way to describe the DDW-670. If you're on any kind of budget and can't afford a $900 Bose sytem, this one should do the trick for any room about 15'x15' or smaller.
Justified for its cost, don't compare to high end receivers

Summary: If you are looking for a reasonable home theatre, that performs for the price you pay, then this might be the one for you. I hooked it up to my 51"TV in a 14x12 room and it fills up the room with decent effects.
