Summary: This device works via CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) which bare-minimum spec should work with HDMI standards of 1.2 and up. I've connected it to a very low-end vizio TV that came out just this last year, and used the CEC menu to detect and use the device.
Summary: I just got a 60" Sharp TV and was not pleased with its' internal sound. For $95, I figured this would not be a bad risk. It's not. The thing works, but if it had a sub-woofer level control it would be much better.
Summary: I didn't purchase this prodruct through Amazon but rather groupon for only $150 So not much of a loss. Anyways this is my first TV sound system. I had been waiting two weeks for it to come and when I opened it, I was fairly impressed with the looks. But looks aren't everything.
Summary: I have a Sony Bravia 46in TV and it, as anyone who owns one knows, has terrible sound quality. I just installed the Sharp HT-SL75 slim sound bar and subwoofer. The only thing that really changed was that to get it loud enough to hear, the TV volume use to have be set at 50+, not it only has to be on...
Summary: Product performs well in it's price range. Easy to assemble/configure. Audio response is very good considering the size. Perfect solution for limited space or for those looking for a small profile yet versatile unit. Would rate this unit a 5 if the audio range were larger.
Summary: Purchased because of the design options and the existing sound on my tv was tinny. It does not come with a remote as it works through your tv with ARC if you have it. I only note that because it isn't listed on the package and seems important.
Summary: The system is pretty easy to set up. No separate bass or volume control for the system and the description states that the sub is wireless, its not. If I would have know, i dont think i would have purchased the system.
