Summary: I paired with my 70" Sharp LED and am happy so far. This isn’t going to be close to a 5.1 or 7.1 system, but is worth the money for improved sound quality. I had to change my TV setting over to Bitstream vs. PCM to get DD output, but that’s fine because it matches what DirecTV outputs anyway. The base is too strong so I had to turn down both the subwoofer and bass levels to get the balance I was looking for. I also used 3D(2) sound and Game Mode for best output.
Summary: I purchased the speaker for my Fathers Television, a 60" Aquos, so I was seeking compatibility as well as quality. I am thoroughly satisfied with the speaker, as is he, however the lack of Bluetooth connectivity is why I only gave it 4 stars. Otherwise this is an excellent companion to the Sharp TV. Clear sound, awesome bass, and simple to install. Good looking as well. Happy customer here.
Summary: The sound quality is very good. The speaker bar has very crisp sound and the sub puts out plenty of base. The bar is not as tall as others on the market which was important to me because my TV sits very low and a taller bar would interfere with the TV screen. My only gripe (and the reason for only 4 stars) with this sound bar is the LED display that is always on.
