DO NOT BUY SHARP INFERIOR QUALITY

  • Summary: Subwoffer starting un-pairing within a week of using it. Had to do a hard rest on the sound bar to get it to pair. A week of doing that the subwoffer will no longer pair. Sharp people are making me send it in for repair vs giving me a new one.

  • Summary: I paired with my 70" Sharp LED and am happy so far. This isn't going to be close to a 5.1 or 7.1 system, but is worth the money for improved sound quality. I had to change my TV setting over to Bitstream vs. PCM to get DD output, but that's fine because it matches what DirecTV outputs anyway.

  • Summary: Would not recommend this product. Have received two now and have to send the second one back. Should have realized something would be wrong when they had refurbished systems and Sears had quit selling them too. Will have to send the second one back too but Sharp has not called us back yet.

sound bar turns off

  • Summary: My sound bar works fine for a few hours and then just turns off. I called Sharp and they wanted me to disconnect and reconnect the sound bar from the back of the TV. The problem is that I had the TV and sound bar mounted on the wall and I don't know how to remove it.

  • Summary: While this sound bar can sound good, it is standard Sharp quality which means it is garbage unless you buy a version 3 of it. My soundbar (purchased 6/2013) had a high pitched whine from it when no sound was coming out of it and it would lose HDMI CEC sync with my Sharp LCD TV after a few days uses.

  • Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I BOUGHT THIS IN JANUARY AND IN AUGUST IT STOPPED WORKING. I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY AND I SEE THIS ITEM HAS ALOT OF PROBLEM. ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STOPPED WORKING. BAD PRODUCT AND BAD SERVICE BY SHARP.
