Summary: Good product which gives MUCH better sound quality than the speakers that are built into the TV. I paired this with my 40" Samsung TV and really enjoy the improved quality and volume of sound you can get from the soundbar. I like this so much that I bought another one for my son for Christmas. Two downsides of this product though are that you always have to have this on as the signal goes from the PVR to the soundbar and then to the TV.
In conclusion... Do not buy this speaker and go for the Logitech.

Summary: This bar speaker is sleek and streamline but not enough umph. My living room is small, 15' x 8', and the speaker sounds like it's TV quality. Almost no bass heard and really sounds like TV speakers. Not worth the price in my opinion. So I bought a Logitech surround sound system for over 1/2 of what this Samsung bar speaker cost. The Logitech system was far superior to this sound bar and a lot less exspensive.
Summary: It does exactly as described and so far I love it. Samsung has come a long way. I hooked it up to a 55 inch Samsung HD/3D TV. It was very easy to set up. It took less than 5 minutes start to finish. Based on the quality of the soundbar, the price was AWESOME. I have no idea how it compares to other soundbars because this is my first.
Summary: Sounds great if it is compatible with your TV. Bought this to be used with a 29" LG TV and tried to hook it up to TV with no luck. After several hrs with tech support from Samsung and LG we hooked the sound bar to a Sanyo Tv we had and it worked and sounded great. We found out the LG TV did not have an audio out port so no audio component could be used for this TV. Found out not all TV's have these audio out ports and this was a new TV that was just purchased.
Summary: I like the looks of this sound bar and really wanted to enjoy it. A nice fashionable sound bar, fairly compact, good sized remote. All the tools need for my 32 inch LED or LCD televsions. First and most importantly this sound bar DOES NOT have a digital optical cable outlet. What it does have is RCA cables. It also has HDMI to receiver and then HDMI to Television or something to that effect. YOU SUPPLY THE HDMI CABLES. How much sense does that make.
Summary: I was a lil scared buying a refurbished unit but it was a good deal so I tyred it out. I have had it for about 2 week now no issues with work great. It defiantly boost the sound for the TV love it. I have it working thought my Xbox sounds great for game and movies.
Summary: The Samsung HW-E350 has great sound, a relatively small footprint, and fairly easy to use. But the owners manual is limited. There is mention of an optical audio hook-up, but none to be found on the unit itself. There is also mention of ARC on the HDMI input, but no specifics on how to hook it up or make it work. As it is, with proper settings, I can get one remote to operate both my TV and the soundbar.
