Summary: I'm having problems with the sound on this unit being distorted in and out when I watch netflix or have the tv set to music? any suggestions? Would the Samsung support people be ab le to help me with this issue? I have it paired with a new samsung 65" model 7150.

Summary: The wireless sub works flawlessly and the sound is great. My only complaint is that this model doesn't support universal remotes or volume control via the TV. You need to use the remote that came with it so I'm stuck with 2 remotes. Not a deal breaker though since I knew this was the case prior to purchasing. The next model up was more expensive and I wasn't willing to pay a premium to have it work with another remote. Overall, a good product.
Summary: I haven't had one problem with this system at all. I hooked it up to my living room TV, programmed it into my remote (as a rule, I only use my universal remotes and never the one that comes with the equipment), and hit the ground running. It was exactly as advertised so I knew exactly what I was getting: an improvement over the built-in speakers and an aesthetically matching/compliment to my TV & BR player. I meant to get one for our bedroom but it's slipped my mind.
Summary: I gave it 2 stars for ease of setup and looks, but soundwise, it is a 1 star. Initially sounds okay, but then jumps to a different setting, causing an echo effect. Change the setting back to normal, works fine for 10 minutes, and then jumps to echo effect again. Replaced it with another one-same effect. Called Samsung-didn't help as still jumped to echo effect. Unplugged it. Also purchased a 46" Samsung LED 8000 Series 10 at the same time (10/2010).
Summary: I have had mine for over a year now and have never had any minor or major issues with sound or function. I must admit I do not like that display being on top where you cannot see them and I hate having the extra remote just for sound. Once I connected to the AVO port on my Samsung TV all was better with the remote issue but still could not see the display.
Summary: This is not one of Samsung's best products. I have another older soundbar from Samsung that is fantastic, but this one sometimes cuts out and I have to turn it off and on to bring the sound back. It also will start flipping through the audio settings by itself and eventually land back on the DIGI.2 setting. During this the sound is going in an out. These things only happen once in a while but it is enough to write about.
Summary: Mine stopped working after having it for a little over two months. I guess now I get the joy of trying to deal with Samsung customer service to see what they can do about it. At first I wouldn't get any sound from unit for about 20 minutes. During that time I would simply use my regular tv speakers and then mute them once the sound bar "woke up". Well then that changed to absolutely NO sound from the soundbar. Now it's just frozen when I turn it on.
Summary: Easy to install and use (hooked up with my Samsung TV with no issues), soundbar is sleek and fits in front of the tv (looks like part of the system). Great sound, the wireless subwoofer rocks! after 4 weeks no complains. Happy with the decision and purchase so far.
