Summary: First, I will say that I received the wrong model. I ordered this one, however, received the 2014 year model (Samsung HT-F6500W-ZA). Slightly different speakers, no vacuum tubes and only one HDMI input. I was quite disappointed. I decided to stick with the newer model after some research.
Summary: Overall a very good product. I'm no audiophile, but to my ears it sounds great. I will say the built in Netflix player seems finicky. We finally gave up and just hooked a Roku up to it, which worked better (though Netflix wouldn't work with surround sound).

Summary: Supplier delivered different model than ordered without any notice and says that the sent model is better than the ordered. Gave me the phone number of Samsung to check the differences that he couldn't explain.

Summary: I know this isn't the most expensive setup in the world, but I would think it would last at least a year. Of course their warrantee is only for a couple of months so I will be shopping for another set of speakers - not Samsung this time.
Summary: About 60 days in all video apps all started freezing where I had to turn the player off in order to restart. Switching between inputs was also becoming unresponsive. Everything else was great but having to connect the laptop to the it to watch Netflix was getting old.
Summary: Waste of money loud cracking noise from front left channel plus intermittent sound, Samsung advised a reset which I did and asked me to try it , I was concerned that the unit was 11 months old, and near end of warranty .
