Summary: Works great...sounds great...wonderful sound comes from this thing. I received this home entertainment system for my BD...and it has worked right out of the box and makes watching TV...especially DVD's and Blue Ray's a totally different experience. The sound...so clean, so nice...what can I say. However, one caveat. Don't put your WIFI router on top of this system's DVD / Blu-ray player.
Summary: Great small sound system. Elegant design. System comes with Samsung Smarthub access to Crackle, Netflix, Pandora, You Tube and other networks. I purchased it for the sound and blue ray system and am incredibly pleased. Well priced. The sound is deep and rich and fills my living room with no problem. It's an all-in-one system so if you are a true audiophile this isn't the system for you.
Summary: 3D works great, sound is great, but speakers are super cheesy and blew out within a year at reasonable volumes. After they blew I took them apart and found that the front speakers have passive radiators. That means that, although you see two woofers per front channel, only one is electrically active. The other one just moves passively. I don't know how they could in good conscience expect these pieces of crap to handle 165 watts per channel. There is just no way.
Summary: Extremely faulty, sent 2X for repair in MD, third time it went to NJ. I'm guessing Samsung finally changed repair shops. They did offer me their newest model as a replacement The HT-H6500WM/ZA. I have yet to receive it but I hope their is a improvement, The whole "Vacuum tube" thing, 100% gimmick. As a guitarist into what vacuum tubes can produce this was not even set up to sound any better than anything else.
