Summary: We don't watch movies often but wanted the occasional ambience of surround sound, etc. So the unit started giving us all sorts of error messages both before (bad disk, etc.) and during (connect optical cable, etc.) the movie after only about a dozen uses.

Summary: The system would be OK if it actually worked. After having it for about a year (or even less), I sent it back to Samsung because the player had a mind of its' own. After I received it back from Samsung, it worked for a good couple years and is doing the same thing again.

Summary: About six months after I started using this, I could not get the eject slot to stay open. It would open and close immediately and I was not able to insert a disk into it. I called tech support and I was told to reboot it and try again.
