Waste of money and time with Customer "Diservice"... Cannot call it service...

Summary: What a nightmare! Remote control would not work consistantly, DVD player would start and shut down in seconds, sound would stop on the back or surround speakers. Customer service could not care less. No action taken by agent but more and more usless instructions and blaming batteries.
Summary: A great system, while it worked. Had this system for under 2 years. It was not in use for a few months but when we went to use it again, nothing. It started up and gave all the right messages on the display, but there was no picture.
Summary: Still working perfect (almost 2 years), sounds very nice, superb fullhd image, I have connected 1tb portable disks to the usb port and works perfect, reads mkv,avi,mpg files, connected to a WD TV Media player by optical cable and sounds terrific, I would buy again.

Summary: Worked for about 6 months then starting issues. Now it will not come on. Contacted seller AceElectronix who did not respond. In the process of sending it back to Samsung since it is still under warranty. Hopefully it will be fixed with no issues to me.
