Started out GOOD, Within 3 months - Started locking up

Summary: Well I've had this product over 1 year now so Samsung will not even return my calls or emails now. So right off the bat I'll tell you the service is terrible. Problem I'm having is any time you use the Smart Tv apps. The unit locks up. Shutting it down is the only way to get the system back.
Summary: This unit was refurbished. This unit would only play half of my blue-rays even with the updates. All my blue-rays would play with no problem on my Samsung BD-D5700 When I contacted Samsung they couldn't even find this unit in there system. I went with an Onkyo system and bought another BD-D5700.
