Summary: I am very disappointed in this product. The features it represents do not provide quality. If you just want to watch a blu-ray movie it is fine but if you want to use the other advertised components it is not worth the money. The first thing to go out was one of the sound channels (center).
Summary: This was a used item . Missing parts and a defective HDMI port. I was going to send it back but I didn't want to go though the hassle. I think the seller dumped it on me. Im using it with the component cable .luckily that works. and I bought the missing part.
Summary: Do not buy, I've had this for a year and a half and can tell you it is a rip off! After a year it slowly started going out, first it wouldn't play blu-rays any more, then it stopped connecting to the Internet, then a month later it stopped playing DVDs, and a week ago it powered itself off and never...
Summary: Do NOT buy this product. Mine lasted about a year and a half then it would not complete a firmware update rendering the product completely useless. Tech support was absolutely no help at all..
Summary: This unit does not offer many of the features that have been standard on DVD players for years. For example - If you stop watching a movie in the middle and want to start watching it again the next day, it will not start where you left off.
Summary: First I never recieved the Sub-Woofer or the instruction manual. Then I hooked up the player and it pixulates and freezes on all the CD-R movies and home movies. I'm sending it back, and hope to retrieve my money back. Wayne

Summary: We got this home theater system completely set up and started watching a DVD and it seemed great... for about 10 minutes. It then abrubtly stopped and we could never get it to turn on for more than 30 seconds - hardly long enough to even read the scrolling error message regarding "protect mode".
