Summary: Very stylish with good sound quality , I didn't have any problem playing blue-ray or audio cd , the only thing I don't like about it is that I need to reset the wireless LAN sometimes to reconnect it to the Internet but not a big deal for me .
Summary: This surround system has horrible software and does not play properly many of the new Bluray DVDs and music CDs. The surround sound itself is pretty good, but this is of limited importance when you cannot play what you want to listen or watch. Samsung, please release a comprehensive software update soon!
Summary: I ordered this unit expecting it to be a superior system as i am leaving sony products to samsung products. Everything went well with setup being very easy. Then came the problem. This unit has no port for headphones. I always use headphones and if i had any ideal it did not have this feature i would not have ordered it . i have a $1000.00 bose speaker system and even it has a headphone plug in.
Summary: Easy set up and connected to wifi easily. However, disc player resulted in TV screen going blank in the middle of DVD's for a second or so in the middle of programs, in some cases multiple times. Menu for multi episode DVDs often didn't play. Software wouldn't update through wifi which Samsung customer support (called several times) attributed to higher than usual call volume (for a week), server problems (for a week), and in one case the guy blamed my TV (ironically...
Sounded & Looked Great But Its Good Looks Are All That Remain

Summary: My initial glowing review is below, but having had this product for 18 months now, my opinion of it has greatly diminished and would not recommend that anyone purchase it. I own multiple Samsung products; however, my experience with this system has made be averse to ever purchasing the Samsung brand again. It looks great (and sounds great on those rare occasions when it works), but that's about all.
Summary: I bough this system because i like the look of the tallboy speakers, i was waiting for 9550 but its not on the market yet, after search many reviews i could not found if it was a 3D player or not, i decide to purchase it and take the change, the system is not a 3D player but it is a 3D passign thru, all you need to do its plug in your 3D Bluray player to the main system using a HDMI 1.4 and you all set, sound is wonderfull, Bass is so powerfull
Summary: This is a great system. Picture looks good, but I was never a fan of HDMI. It looks brighter, but not as clear as when I had everything hooked up to another system. I have the HDMI connection with the television and the cable box. I think I just need to get used to the way the picture looks. The DVD player however looks great and sounds great. I would say the only thing I do not like is the touch screen and the way the screen is angled upward.
